The welcoming and helpful staff made me feel right at home, while the modern self-catering room, equipped with all the kitchen utilities one could desire, provided a comfortable and serene retreat in the heart of Kyoto. The convenient location near Kyoto Station, yet tucked away in a peaceful area, allowed for easy exploration of the city's treasures. The accessibility to attractions like To-ji Temple, Umekoji Steam Locomotive Museum, and the stunning views from the top of Kyoto Station were all within walking distance. With the added bonus of English-speaking staff, making day trips to places like Hiroshima hassle-free, 22 Pieces truly offers a well-rounded and exceptional experience for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality in Japan's cultural capital.
